TALENT is a unique gift that God has endowed on his favoured children. Among these talents, music and modelling stand out conspicously, and their genes essentially flow together; which is the reason musicians cannot do without models, and models are always found in the vicinity of music people.
Tuface Idibia shot into limelight on the backdrop of a simple but captivating video of African Queen, where the model, Annie Macaulay (now, Idibia) totally captured the attention of viewers with her beauty. Little wonder then that both would many years later gravitate back to each other in permanent union.
Music and Models Society is a community of lively souls with a common passion for music and modelling. It is a continuation of the journey our Director started in Nigeria ten (10) years ago with the publication of the trail blazing arts magazine, Style Africa.
We will focus majorly on music and modelling, but with an icing in the form of an extra coverage of the arts scene: literature/poetry, theatre, and of course the world famous nollywood. To achieve a high quality coverage, we will work in alliance with Style Africa magazine (Nigeria), the model management team of Cosmopolitan Arts and the photographic geniuses of Africanphotolens.
We will always strive to identify and project models with the all-round African essence: Beautiful physique, an articulate mind and a positive attitude to life, and groom them in the best way possible to achieve superstar stars and worldwide fame.
Style Africa Magazine debuted in the Nigerian Publications Market in 2005. As the name suggests, it is out to project the age-old strengths and values of African Style to the world. The magazine has featured the likes of Mon Ami, a doyen of Nigerian Fashion; 2 Face Idibia, Nigeria’s King of Pop, the late dribbling maestro who preceded Jay Jay, Haruna Ilerika; influential Nigerian fashion designer and Model Manager, Bayo Adegbe, aka Modela, and several other relevant personalities.
Who is Aron?
Aron is God’s creation, absolutely privileged to be blessed with multi-dimensional talents: Fine artist, guitarist, music producer, writer, and an insider in Corporate Nigeria. I studied cinematography and film directing at the Nigerian Film Institute, learnt Model Management under the great Modella, and have done exciting things on Broad Street.
